Our antique douglas fir flooring is created from sawing old beams into lumber and then milling piece by piece into beautiful antique wood flooring. This floor contains hairline aging stress cracs, knots and occasional nail holes. The color is an orange, yellow.

Antique Douglas Fir floor

Antique Douglas Fir wood floor is sawn into planks from reclaimed old growth fir timbers. These reclaimed douglas fir boards are then remilled into wide plank flooring one board at a time. This floor is then seperated into different grades from knotty to a premium clear vertical grade. The aged color, tight grain, strenght of this wood can not be foung in new Douglas fir today.
